BECOME A SPONSOR

Capturing Art

We are seeking sponsorship for our first Florida Luxe Arts Festival (FLLuxe for short). This festival will bring people into Panama City to celebrate public art and our creative community. For the week of the festival, local and international artists will be painting murals and creating street art throughout Historic Downtown Panama City.

We are seeking sponsors that share these goals and want to help develop Panama City into a public art destination. Funds are needed to cover the costs of purchasing supplies, renting tents, and paying the artists.

​

Bay Arts Alliance is a 501(c)3, so all donations, both monetary and in-kind, are tax-deductible.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

​

$250-$500: Artist Sponsor

Community Partners help us build the foundation of the festival: print programs, pay local chalk artists, advertise the event, etc. Sponsors at this level will:

  • Get your name listed under a chalk square at the event;

  • Get your logo/name on the FLLuxe Arts Festival website;

  • Be thanked on the FLLuxe Arts Festival Instagram and Facebook pages;

  • Be listed in the Festival Program.

 

$1000+: Community Partner

Curating Sponsors help us create a world-class event by allowing us to pay local and traveling artists, and stretch the reach of the festival. Sponsors at this level will:

  • Get your name listed under a chalk square at the event;

  • Have option to setup information/vendor tent at the event;

  • Get their logo/name on the FLLuxe Arts Festival website;

  • Be thanked on the FLLuxe Arts Festival Instagram and Facebook pages;

  • Be listed in the Festival Program;

  • Be listed on the Festival Poster.

$2,500+: Curating Sponsor

This level of sponsorship helps to pay our amazingly talented artists. Sponsors at this level will:

  • Get your name listed beside one of the featured chalk artists' squares;

  • Have option to setup information/vendor tent at the event;

  • Get their logo/name on the FLLuxe Arts Festival website;

  • Be thanked on the FLLuxe Arts Festival Instagram and Facebook pages;

  • Be listed in the Festival Program;

  • Be listed on the Festival Poster;

  • Be listed on the Festival T-shirt and receive up to (5) shirts;

  • Have their logo + name displayed on the Festival lifts and scaffolding.

$5,000+: Presenting Sponsor

This highest level of sponsorship helps to keep the event sustainable. Sponsors at this level will:

  • Get your name listed next to one of the mural artists;

  • Have option to setup information/vendor tent at the event;

  • Get their logo/name featured as a partner on the FLLuxe Arts Festival website;

  • Be thanked on the FLLuxe Arts Festival Instagram and Facebook pages;

  • Have their logo listed in the Festival Program;

  • Have their logo listed on the Festival Poster;

  • Have their logo on the Festival T-shirt and receive up to (8) shirts;

  • Have their logo + name displayed on the Festival lifts and scaffolding.
