Building owners who are interested in having a mural painted on their wall during the festival can fill out the Wall Application. The focus area for the 2021 Festival is the Downtown Panama City area. Walls that are outside of the current year's focus area will still be considered for the future. Building Owners are asked to contribute a portion of the funds to complete the mural on their building. Once we receive your Wall Application we will measure your wall and give you an estimate of painting costs.
